You upload 360 video of a space. We process it into a 3D model and return an interactive walkthrough, a quality report, and 3D data files. Each job is paid for individually. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
The model is a photographic reconstruction. It is an approximation of what the camera saw, and parts of a space that were not captured clearly will not be reconstructed clearly.
The model carries no metric scale and must not be used for measurement. Do not use it to derive dimensions, clearances, quantities, or anything a decision depends on. It is a visual record, not a survey.
We quote a fixed price before you pay, after checking your footage. The price does not change afterwards. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
If your footage cannot be processed, we tell you before you pay and you are charged nothing.
If processing fails, or the model does not pass our own quality checks, you are refunded automatically. You do not need to ask, and we do not decide case by case — the system issues it.
We do not refund a model that was delivered and passed those checks simply because the capture itself was poor. The checks are published in the report we give you.
Your footage and your models are yours. We use them to run your job and for nothing else: not to train models, not to demonstrate the service, not to share with anyone. If we ever want to show your work, we will ask first.
Raw footage is deleted 7 days after your job finishes. Finished models and reports are deleted 90 days after delivery, after which the link stops working. Download anything you want to keep.
We keep the job record itself — dates, price, quality results — as a business and tax record after the files are gone.
Your job link is the key to it. Anyone holding that link can view and download the results, so treat it like a password and send it only to people you want to have it.
Processing runs on a small amount of hardware and jobs are handled in order. We do not promise a turnaround time. If we cannot complete your job, you are refunded.
We are liable to you for no more than what you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for decisions made using a model, which follows from it not being a survey.
