We run your job. That is the only purpose. We do not use your footage or your models to train anything, to advertise, or to sell to anyone.
Processing automatically detects and removes the person holding the camera, and this reduces but does not guarantee the removal of others. If your capture includes people who have not agreed to be recorded, that is your responsibility to resolve before uploading.
Raw footage: 7 days after the job finishes. Models and reports: 90 days after delivery. Deletion is automatic, not on request. Job records without the files are kept as business records.
Your footage therefore crosses between the United States and the European Union while your job runs.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Uploads go from your browser directly to storage without passing through our servers. Job links are unguessable, and anyone holding one can access that job — which is why they should be treated as secret.
Ask us to delete a job early and we will. Everything expires on the schedule above regardless.
